Ellice Bostock

Ellice Bostock earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Walsh College in 1997 and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 2001. During her career, Ellice Bostock was associated with the firm of Swan, Kodak & Tsangeos. Mrs. Bostock also practiced as a partner with the firm of Kaschak & Poulos Co., LPA. Mrs. Bostock is currently a partner and lead trial counsel for Lonas, McGonegal, Tsangeos & Struhar.

She has litigated and tried cases in a wide geographic area in the state, covering twenty-one (21) counties, as well as numerous Courts of Appeal in Ohio. Mrs. Bostock has also argued cases in federal court and West Virginia.

In her career, Mrs. Bostock has tried more than 100 jury trials involving areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, premise liability, product liability, police brutality, and business litigation. Mrs. Bostock is a former Trustee with the Stark County Association of Trial Lawyers.

She is a current member of the Ohio State, Stark County, and Tuscarawas County Bar Associations, the Ohio Association of Justice and the Stark County Association for Justice. Mrs. Bostock is admitted and qualified to practice in the United States Northern District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
